Here at Hugo's, we recycle all of our oyster shells with the help of a nonprofit organization called Shell to Shore. They collect and recycle oyster shells from across the state of Georgia for use in green infrastructure projects along our coast. Once collected, the shells are cured and then used to build living shorelines and oyster reefs.
